Do I need to call a plumber or electrician to install your fountains?
A: No, all the fountains we sell on this site are independent of household plumbing and electricity requiring only a standard outlet or batteries for power to operate the pumps within the fountains.
How do I place an order?
A: You may order online on our website with checkout, or if you prefer, you may call us directly at 403-524-1714 and our team will be happy to assist with processing your order. We are also available for any questions you may have.
When are you open for questions or orders?
A: We are available from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday or 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon on Saturdays Mountain Standard Time. We are closed on all Canadian Statutory holidays. Please leave a message if our staff is on an outside call and we will return your call as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
A: Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to EZ Arts within 30 days of purchase for a refund less 20% restocking fee. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging and will require the purchaser to ship the items to EZ Arts at the customers’ expense. EZ Arts will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. If there are any questions about returns, feel free to contact us and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied. Please call 403-524-1714.
Cancellation policy
Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
Do you charge tax?
A: Residents of Canada will pay 5% GST during checkout.
