Return PolicyIf you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return any unused merchandise to EZ Arts within 30 days of purchase for a refund less 20% restocking fee. Products kept for over 30 days without a return request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original factory packaging and will require the purchaser to ship the items to EZ Arts at the customers’ expense. EZ Arts will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly. Cancellation policy
Orders must be cancelled at least 3 business days in advance of ship date to qualify for a refund.
Back Order PolicyIf product is on backorder, you will be contacted within 48 business hours to enable you to make a decision as to wait for the backorder or to cancel. If the product is discontinued, you will be notified within 48 business hours. We will suggest suitable substitutions for your shopping convenience.
Shipping PolicyAll items are shipped USPS Ground Mail or Canada Post (unless requested otherwise by cardholder) within 1 week of your purchase. In the event that an item is out of stock or backordered, we will not bill your credit card until the item is shipped to you. We do not ship over the weekend. Purchases may be delivered to your address or to one or many recipients. Canadians please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery and Continental US residents please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Damaged Goods PolicyIf an item arrives damaged, we will replace that item at no cost to you provided you notify us within 3 business days of receiving item. Item must be returned to us at which time we will send you a new item or refund you in your method of payment.
